Bookings are non refundable within 28 days of the date of your spa day or treatment. Should you with to cancel prior to the 28 days a £30 admin fee will be deducted from the booking value.

Bookings can be amended up to 48hrs prior to the date of your spa day or treatment subject to availability. A £30 admin fee will be charged to amend the booking within 28 days of arrival.

All guests need to be over the age of 18 years old.

Your treatment will start and finish on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Lockers are available within the club; however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred whilst visiting the club.

If you are booked for a pedicure, please bring along a pair of flip flops or sandals.

Please advise us of any medical issues such as diabetes, cancer, epilepsy or recent surgery as this may affect your treatment.

Please advise us of any allergies or any dietary requirements that you or your guests have.

Please note that we only offer nail treatments on clients that are under 12 weeks pregnant.
